You may wish to save or print a copy of these terms for future reference.

3. Other terms that may apply
The following policies and terms may also apply when you use our website:
Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.
Our Cookie Policy, which explains how cookies and similar technologies are used.
Our Prototype Testing Terms, which apply if you register for or participate in FlexiDesk prototype testing.
Any separate promotional, preorder, sale or product terms provided to you in the future.
If there is a conflict between these website terms and terms relating to a particular service, promotion, test or purchase, the more specific terms will take priority for that activity.
4. Website information only
Our website currently provides information about FlexiDesk, its development, prototype testing and its planned launch.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information on the website:
is provided for general information only;
does not constitute professional, medical, ergonomic or health advice;
does not form a binding offer to sell a product;
does not guarantee that a product will be launched by a particular date; and
may relate to products that are still being tested, developed or refined.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on information from our website where necessary.
5. Product development and specifications
FlexiDesk products shown on the website may be prototypes, renders, development models or pre-production versions.
We may change product features, materials, dimensions, colours, weight, specifications, compatibility, packaging, pricing, availability or launch dates as development progresses.
Images and videos are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product. However, the final product may differ from the versions shown, including because of design improvements, manufacturing requirements or differences in screen display.
References to testing, capacity or performance describe the conditions and results of the relevant tests. They do not guarantee identical performance in every situation or remove the need for users to follow the final product instructions and safety information.
6. Launch-list registration
You may be able to provide your email address to join the FlexiDesk launch list.
Joining the launch list:
does not place an order or create a contract of sale;
does not require you to purchase a product;
does not reserve a product or guarantee stock availability;
does not guarantee a particular launch or delivery date; and
does not require you to make any payment.
Launch-list members may receive product updates, launch information, a preorder invitation and a tailored launch discount. Any invitation, discount or promotional offer may be subject to additional conditions communicated with the offer, including an expiry date, availability limits or restrictions on transfer or combination with other offers.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in an email or by contacting support@flexidesk.uk.
Our handling of your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. No orders or payments under these terms
These website terms do not govern the purchase of a FlexiDesk product.
If we begin accepting preorders or orders, separate terms of sale will be provided before you complete a purchase. Those terms will explain matters including pricing, payment, delivery, cancellation rights, returns, warranties and refunds.
Nothing displayed on the website requires us to accept an order unless and until a contract is formed under the applicable terms of sale.
8. Permitted use of our website
You may use our website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
You must not:
use the website in breach of any applicable law or regulation;

11. Website availability
We do not guarantee that the website, or any part of it, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change any part of the website for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons.
You are responsible for arranging the equipment, software and internet connection needed to access the website.
12. Third-party websites and services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social-media platforms, video-hosting services and services provided by Squarespace.
These links are provided for convenience and information only. Unless expressly stated, we do not control, approve or endorse third-party websites or their content.
Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content or handling of your information.

You must not:
link to our website from an unlawful or inappropriate website;
frame our website within another website;

You should use appropriate antivirus software and security precautions when accessing websites or downloading online content.
You must not attempt to attack our website, including through a denial-of-service attack, malicious software or unauthorised access.
15. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
If you are using the website as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaching these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you began using the website, or for business losses arising from consumer use of the website.
If you use the website for business purposes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:
loss of profit, sales, revenue or business;
business interruption;
loss of anticipated savings;
loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
indirect or consequential loss.
We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the website and for complying with these terms.
You may be responsible for losses reasonably incurred by us as a result of your unlawful use of the website, infringement of our intellectual property rights or deliberate breach of these terms.
This does not require a consumer to compensate us for losses that they could not reasonably have foreseen.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, including where we change the website, introduce new services or need to reflect changes in law.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. You should review these terms periodically.
The terms in force when you use the website will apply to that use.
18. Transfer of rights
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, for example as part of a sale, restructuring or transfer of the FlexiDesk business.
If this happens and the transfer materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
19. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
20. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
21. Third-party rights
These terms are between you and FlexiDesk Solutions Limited. No other person has the right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
22. Applicable law and courts
